Hacker with no reload

hello,i saw a hacker using no reload weapons,he was use Sawn-off shotgun,and kill players with no reason,his nickname is:Danger_Mouse

but where is the evidence?

The reported player has been banned by an admin yesterday and Louaie you shouldn't report someone without taking proofs.

I just told him with arabic that he mustn't report someone without any evidence, maybe he wouldn't understand it with English that's why I thought that would help him.
