I would like commands like /tie and /kidnap that are same like /cuff 'n /detain but for civilian. A special skill should be added for this one like "kidnapper". You'll gain wanted level for /tie.

I like your suggestion but a little correction there, make /tie and /kidnap cmds only for Kidnapper Skill .
