if player get afk for more than 10 min server well kick him automaticly. and if someone get afk for long than 1min server writes he is AFK and when your trying to talk with him at /pm you well get a massege like The player is AFK now.

I'm not sure is it necessary to kick for afk. it makes sense to kick wanted players.
But I'm agree with the second part of the suggestion. it will be useful to add a message which says 'the player is afk' when somebody is trying to write him private messages.

why not we make afk system those who's AFK for too long . I found many players were afk to evade from getting arrest . Make 10-15 minutes if they are not playing , server will kick them out .

another good suggestion. about to make auto-kick for admins or to allow the vip players to vote if the only admin is afk. the second option is more sensible
