i suggest to add a few min between "/detain (ID)" cause i usually see alot of players using this order "/detain (ID) , /ej (ID) , /uncuff (ID) , /detain (ID) " and do it again and again to get money and score

First of all , they repeat with the same things maybe sometimes there's a bug in detain process and if you detect someone who's farming score/level/money using that cmd just report them on this lovely forum with clear proofs
