I was playing on your server, then i got a warn from an admin with russian language, so i didn't understand what he told me. it was a warn about rule 1 : hack/bugs/ ? i don't have any hacks or mods on my game. Then i went to the grove, then i died and spawn in jail with no reason, i was 190 or 185 wanted level i think, then a cop passed beside the jail and i punch him and got wanted level at 200, so i got a rocket launcher because of my level i think ! Then i got ''You are banned from this server''. Reason : rule 1 ... i think this is a mistake , i never use mods or hacks on samp, i respect the rules. Can i be unbanned admin ?

And they can't get arrested just get killed, so you got to jail after you died and you couldn't get any weapon from there.
